Cancellation policy
Booking and Cancellation Conditions
As Serotonin Premium Collection, we aim to provide a reliable, transparent and privileged booking experience to our guests. Please check the following conditions before completing your reservation.
Booking Confirmation
- In order for the reservation to be finalized, the total cost of accommodation 25% of the prepayment (payback) it needs to be collected as.
- If the prepayment is not paid within the specified period, the reservation cannot be guaranteed and the resort reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
- After the prepayment is paid, your reservation is finalized and a written reservation confirmation is sent to you.
Payment
- The cost of the remaining accommodation during check-in it is charged.
- Pay by debit card, credit card and bank transfer/EFT is accepted at the property.
Cancellation Conditions
- 5 From the date of entry until the day before paid paid prepayment will be refunded in full for written cancellations.
- 5 On the entry date less than a day in case of cancellations made before the deadline, in case of no-show (no access to the facility) or early departures, the prepayment paid will not be refunded.
- Requests for date changes are evaluated in accordance with the facility availability.

Force Majeure
Natural disasters, official authority decisions or extraordinary situations that develop outside the control of the parties are evaluated separately within the framework of relevant legislation and goodwill.
